The things we say
We all talk to ourselves. But did you know the the negative self talk outweighs the positive messages we send to ourselves by over 10:1? Why do we criticize ourselves and our actions so much? We are AMAZING! Negative self talk is that inner-dialogue we have that limits our ability to believe in ourselves and our true abilities. Negative thoughts keep us from achieving positive outcomes in our lives. Basically - negative thoughts hinder success. This week I want you to work
Polish the Silver
When I was a kid one of my chores was to polish the silver we would use for special events. If you are only looking at the ground...that is where you will end up. This is good advice for us as well - both in out business and personal lives. Where are YOU looking? And will that get you where you want to go? I think right now with COVID, this is critical... Many are focused on how it was before the shut down
