When I was a kid one of my chores was to polish the silver we would use for special events. I remember how it would shine after it was polished, but then after it was put away and sat for months, the shine would disappear, and it would become dull once again. The same happens to us and our skillsets and talents. On our computers, we have the ability to have several tabs open at one time. We can toggle back and forth between work documents, social media, sports, dream vacations and shopping. But what is this doing to our computer? Having all the tabs open works, but it also takes away from the memory and speed of our computers; in fact, if we have too many tabs open at one time, the quality of speed and processing of the system can diminish. I was watching a movie in which the father was teaching his daughter how to ski. He commented to her: Don't look at the ground, look at where you want to go.
