Get Quiet

Sometimes this world can be so loud. There are noises and distractions all around us. In fact – studies show that we are distracted every 3 minutes!!! That’s a lot.

With all this noise – the best thing we can do is find time every day to get quiet. To turn off all the ‘noise’ – the email, the television, the people around us – and just get quiet.

Becoming quiet allows us to:

Rest our brain

Gather our thoughts

Get inspired

Get centered

Plan and be intentional

You may not have a lot of time – but we all have 2 minutes. Just take 2 minutes to be alone and enjoy the quiet.

This week I challenge you to enjoy the quiet. Take time each day for YOU – you deserve it!
