LGIM: Old Dogs Matter

It has been said that you can't teach and old dog new tricks....but is that really true?

When you think about it, an older, more mature and experienced dog is less distracted than a puppy. The puppy chases everything, looks at what they can get into and can barely sit still.

So regardless of your age, or time in your field, know that at any age you can take on new challenges. Use your wisdom, experience and focus to help you be open.

You can accomplish ANYTHING you desire and taking on a new challenge may be even easier than you would think.
